The airline has changed my flight; whom should I contact?

You should contact us by responding to the schedule change email we send you.

If you found out about the schedule change yourself, or the airline informed you before we had the chance to do so, please contact us to find out about your available options.

In some cases, you may be asked to contact the airline directly in order to proceed.

Please note that all questions concerning schedule changes are handled over the phone, and customer support is usually available only in English.
